Space Survivor: Activated - Terms of Service

Welcome to Space Survivor: Activated. By downloading, accessing, or playing our mobile application on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the standard application license terms of the respective platform provider (Apple Inc. or Google LLC).

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Space Survivor: Activated on compatible mobile devices (iOS and Android) owned or controlled by you in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

  • The game offers optional virtual items, currency ("Coins"), and feature enhancements (such as "No Ads").
  • All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through RevenueCat via Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android.
  • Virtual currency and consumable digital items have no monetary value outside of the game, cannot be refunded except as provided by Apple's or Google's store policies, and cannot be transferred to other players.
  • You may restore eligible non-consumable purchases at any time via the "RESTORE PURCHASES" button located at the bottom of the Space Armory & Store screen.

3. User Accounts & Fair Play

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials if you link an email address for cloud saves.
  • You agree not to use unauthorized cheats, automated bots, memory editors, or exploits that disrupt gameplay or tamper with global leaderboards.
  • We reserve the right to reset leaderboard statistics or restrict access for accounts found in violation of fair play.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, visual designs, audio tracks, code, character assets, and trademarks associated with Space Survivor: Activated are the exclusive property of the developers and its licensors.

5. Termination & Data Deletion

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the application or using the in-game "Delete Account" function in Settings to permanently erase your profile, cloud data, and leaderboard rankings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
